Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the United States.

We do not ship orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or on Holidays. 

We do not ship overnight or provide rush services.

We use UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (whichever will get your package there faster). Usually takes 1-3 days depending on distance to destination. We ship from Elmsford, NY.

Please keep in mind that UPS & USPS have been experiencing many delays and once shipped, it is out of our control.

Pawfect Confections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS or USPS directly. 

 There are no returns or exchanges since this is a small business and our products are perishable.  There is a lot of time and effort put into each order!  However, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact Nicole immediately by email (pawfectconfections@gmail.com) or Instagram Direct Messenger (@pawfect_confections) to discuss options.  Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us!
